Dog clothes size guide
Use this dog clothes size guide before choosing a Lucky Pup T shirt, hoodie or jacket. Start with back length, then check chest room so your dog can walk, sit and curl up comfortably.
How to measure
- Back length: measure from the base of the collar to the base of the tail while your dog is standing.
- Chest: measure around the widest part of the rib cage.
- Comfort room: allow space for walking, sitting and curling up.
- Shape check: broad chested, long backed or very fluffy dogs may need extra room.
If your dog is between sizes
Choose the size that gives the most comfortable chest room without swamping the back length. For thicker layers such as hoodies, puffers and parkas, a little extra room is better than a tight fit.
