These Terms of Service apply when you use the Lucky Pup website or buy products from us. Lucky Pup is operated by Print Clever Limited. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We try to present products, colours, sizing and pricing accurately. Minor differences may occur because screens, photography and manufacturing tolerances vary. Please check product descriptions and size guides before ordering.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, payment issue, delivery restriction or other reasonable reason.

Payment

Payment is taken through the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout.

Personalised or bespoke products

Some Lucky Pup products may be made to order, personalised or otherwise bespoke. Personalised/bespoke products may have different cancellation and return rights unless faulty, damaged or not as described.

Delivery

Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help resolve delivery issues where we can.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Lucky Pup is not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
